Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

By using Causly you agree to the terms below. They protect your recipients, the wider messaging ecosystem, and every other Causly organization.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who have opted in. No unsolicited, purchased-list, or bulk “spam” texting.
• No illegal activity of any kind, or content unlawful where you or your recipients are located.
• No phishing, fraud, scams, deceptive sender identity, or attempts to obtain anyone's credentials, money, or personal data under false pretenses.
• No malware or harmful links, harassment, threats, hate, or content that violates others' rights.
• Follow all applicable laws and carrier rules (e.g. TCPA, CTIA guidelines, 10DLC), and always honor STOP / opt-out requests.

Compliance monitoring

All messages sent through Causly may be reviewed and audited — including by automated and AI-based systems — to detect spam, phishing, fraud, and other violations of these terms.

Enforcement

We may suspend or permanently shut down any organization or account that violates these terms — at any time, and without prior notice — to protect recipients and the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your organization and for the content of every message you send.
