Sign-up sheets and text alerts for Hemet teams and leagues

Causly is two things for a Hemet league, club, team, or tournament. Volunteer sign-up sheets are free. Text alerts and reminders are the paid plan.

Start with the sheets, which cost nothing and need no card. Put the snack-bar shifts, the scorekeeping slots, or the tournament gate duty on a public page and share one link. A parent opens it, takes a slot, and leaves a name, email and mobile number — no account, nothing to install. Each sign-up gets an email confirmation with a cancel link, up to a daily limit.

How Hemet leagues use Causly

• Sheets for every weekend. Snack bar, field setup, scorekeeping, the end-of-season banquet. Unlimited sheets, unlimited slots.
• A coordinator hub for game day. Live counts, the full roster, a CSV export, and a print-out for the table at the gate.
• Text alerts, on the paid plan. A rainout, a field change, "gate opens at 8." Write it now or queue it in your organization's own timezone.
• Joining is by reply. A number that signs up on a sheet or texts your keyword gets one text asking it to reply YES, and nothing else until it does. Any message can be stopped with a reply.
• One list per team. Keep the U10 parents and the U14 parents on separate lists and send to one of them.
• Registration and fundraisers from a text. Dues, tournament entry, the new-uniforms drive — families pay from the message, and the money goes to your club's own Stripe account with no extra platform fee from Causly.
• Link taps. Every link is shortened and click-tracked, so you can see how many taps each link got, and the payment ledger shows what was collected.

Run by volunteers

Invite an assistant coach or the team parent by email and they work under your organization's plan — no extra logins to hand out.

Causly works the same way anywhere in Riverside County, from Hemet to the fields a few towns over.
